Issue Reason: B t has been doing outstanding work ever since he rose to a Manager position within Overwatch. He has paved the way for our Community Outreach team and has encouraged dozens of members to pitch in and help. Prior to the overhaul, b t spent countless hours working to ensure the Discord would be a active and enjoyable place for all of our members. He is a happy welcoming face in our community who works hard and embraces challenge with open arms. If you ever need help, b t is there. He is one of the most reliable and hard-working gamers I have had the pleasure to meet. Thank you B t.

Issue Reason: Earning the Leadership Member of the Year is one of the highest feats in our community. It is no easy choice for the Community Management team in selecting one member out of Leadership to receive this honor. This year, the individual receiving the Leadership Member of the Year has gone above and beyond to help our community grow while being a role model for every member. Always happy to lend a hand no matter what the assignment may be over the past year, BT has been developing a uniform welcome experience across our entire community. Although BT mainly represents Overwatch as a Manager, contributions can be seen in most of the games and projects EdgeGamers supports. BT has paved the way for how recruitment should feel across the community, with many games adopting the same practices BT has deployed in Overwatch. Without hesitation, BT will assist any team, any game, any project and the positive impacts are recognized immediately. These actions are on top of the existing responsibilities BT has held in Overwatch. The Community Management team can't ask for much more than what has already been delivered by BT. An outstanding year in Overwatch and significant contributions translating to the growth and success of EdgeGamers are the reasons we're excited to congratulate BT on receiving the Leadership Member of the Year.
