Issue Reason: The continued success of our PSC division is in no small part attributed to IceStyle's capacity as DL. His innovative ideas, attention to detail and commitment are directly tied to our success.

He was in the original development team for the DAPS system and he had a leading role in the creation of the NME Program. He served in every position possible within PSC, including being a Trainer, Processor, NME Representative, Recruiting Coordinator, Advisor and a Division Leader and went above and beyond his duties in every single role.
