    Issue Reason: The definition of commendation is "an award involving special praise," and Dutchboy most assuredly deserves special praise. His constant dedication to the OP:X division has not gone unnoticed. He has helped with several aspects of the division, ranging from his recruiting efforts, helping train members for Clan Wars, and taking the initiative as a Field Commander. He does all of this, despite a nine hour time difference. Finally, Dutchboy's charisma and leadership bring an absolutely fantastic time whenever he is on Ventrilo or in-game.
