Issue Reason: In three short years whitemike has risen to the level of Community Manager by offering website and server support even before he was officially in the Tech Team. When it became apparent that we needed a top leader for maintaining the site, he was the overwhelming choice for the job. Since accepting the position he's become fully involved, revising and improving the effectiveness of nearly every technical aspect of eGO, and he's currently spear-heading projects that will enhance our member experience into the future. For his dedication and invaluable contributions, we thank him and take pride in awarding the Medal of Honor.
