Issue Reason: BuffHamster has been an AT for the CS Division for 2 years, over these years he has nurtured and trained new admins for CS. He then got promoted to the AT Advisor position and continued to help out in a leadership role. Buff has been an invaluable friend and co-advisor leading the CS Division.
