    Issue Reason: Counter-Strike is a difficult landscape to manage. Especially when your boss is a tyrannical man-child named Gus. Both DaddysNotNyce and Cascsiany have served as two of our few Senior Managers for the past year (nearly two for Cas). Both have held down the fort, weathered the continuing storm that is Counter-Strike, and provided thoughtful insight throughout their tenure. Each contributes to the community in their own unique way, and we're fortunate to have them both. As Counter-Strike: Source continues to maintain its longtime, dedicated player base, and Counter-Strike 2 enters its next phase with a new server framework and behind-the-scenes improvements, we're excited to see how Cas and Daddy continue to build and strengthen the community.
