Issue Reason: Karma has gone above and beyond what is looked for in Member Services. Karma has an interesting, caring and loving personality and has always has been a pioneer within Member Services while taking on many responsibilities. From Admin Training, Event Coordinator, Member Relations, application processing to recruiting new members, Karma has always been there to help new members. Additionally, Karma constantly helps admin our servers no matter the issue and is always first to jump on to any problems that may occur. Karma has without a doubt earned the Member of the Year award for Member Services and we can't wait to see what the future holds. Thank you for your time and dedication to the community.
