The winners of this evening's Olympiad AND soon to be recipients of a gifted copy of Day of Defeat Source are....

1st Place
With a first place in the Race Around Baghdad, and a first place in the Grenade Roll, Rampant Dingo is the overall winner!

2nd Place
Scorch takes the silver medal with a first place in Grenade Toss, and a third place in the RPG Launch.


3rd Place
Finally, Air_nith slid into the third place spot by placing second in the Race Around Baghdad and second in the RPG Launch.

Congratulations to our winners, you will be gifted versions of the game shortly.

Caffeine and I would like to thank all of our willing participants and referees for their time and patience. We hope you all had fun.

btw good game all the event was awesome and fun :) i hope to see more like those :P
 
Yippee!!! Everybody who participated should get a competition award, so everyone knows we're the special olympiads

Congratulations to all the winners!​

Everyone that competed, nicely done. We will be planning more events like this in the future. It was a difficult event to manage and my apologies for the rough road, but we lived and learned.

I, hands down, couldn't of done it without my referees, judges and helpers. You all made this possible and the best thing about it, you guys did it for eGO.

Hehe thought this shottie from earlier was interesting.

Clearly Caffeine had a magical touch.
 
un4gvn was the camera man so that meens he recorded the whole thing? is he going to post the recording? that would be awesome!
 
CONGRATS! Thanks to everyone who came, it was a blast (quite litterally to.. :P)

I would Like to Thank Gen-iq and Caffeine for putting on this amazing event! Can't wait to do more in the future!

A big thanks to Caffeine for holding such a great event, even if it was a bit hectic throughout the whole thing :thumbup: good job hanging in there.

Also another big thanks for all those who came out and participated in the events as well as those who helped with judging and refereeing the events.

Finally congrats to the 3 prize winners Dingo, Scorch, and Air_nith it was an absolute blast watching everyone go through all of the events.

I hope you keep this event as a good memory, but don't get too attached because there is definitely going to be another one of these, if not more :biggrin:

Thought I'd post Reactors big RPG FAIL! :P :lol: :laugh:
I think that was my favorite event, besides watching you all try and pass through each other with collision on in the Baghdad race.

LOL THAT WAS FUNNY! not to mention he forgot to reload and then ( i think it was air nith) that killed everyone when he shot. ":lol: :lol:
