got to your steam/steam name/steam apps/insurgency* and there will be loads of demo's there and just delete the ones you no long want

You can view your recorded demos in-game through the console using the PlayDemo command. Open your console, and type PlayDemo [Demo name here] minus the brackets.

As for playing them on outside software, I've heard that you can convert the .dem file to a .wmv file by importing the .dem into Windows Movie Maker, and saving the video as a .wmv file for play on Windows Media Player. I haven't tried this myself, so I can't confirm if it truly works or not.

Question.. when a demo is made and sent to the eGO email.. how long does it take before a decision is made and how do we find out about it being only e's
