Kalt server gonna get shut down?

Alright guys ive been getting worried. Kalt has been getting empty alot lately and the Advisors are getting tired of posting announcments to fill it up. So my question to you guys is...Are they going to shut it down? I would hate to see my favorite map of all time get shut down just because its been getting empty. Just wish people would go in and fill it up

Never really play on kalt, but it is on my favorites list and I do see it empty quite often.

I see colmar empty more often, however that's changing too, more people getting to know colmar. Wait till the summer and also kalt will get full with players

i disagree. Look at the gametracker rankings for our servers. The only two that are doing 'well' are avalanche and strand. We need to put all our effort into donner, kalt, and flash. Forget about colmar for right now. We need to get our original maps pushed up first.

I agree...The true originals were Donner, Kalt, Ava, and Stand. Donner and Kalt could use the help. I'm not so sure about Kalt being populated over summer, because it used to be filled with the old guys from Sewer Rats house, but who knows, things change.

One problem is that there are to many other good games for people to play and you can only play one at a time. Most players will get fed up with racing around killing with no objectives and will head back to dod,s.

Kalt is a great map to play, but people have trouble sticking with it when the same side continues to win and flank the other team. We really pushed Kalt back up in the ranks a year or two ago, but it took a lot of work from a couple of us advisors to regulate it and keep it full, but for the most part from 2pm est and after, it generally stayed filled up. The trick is to invite your friends to play and once it gets close to filling up the non members start joining. Just because your only a member doesn't mean you can't help fill up a server. Just hop in a server thats empty, go through your friends list and invite everyone online to join you and have your friends do the same. I have filled up a server in less than 10 minutes doing this before.

Its that simple!!

I'll work my butt my off to get that sucker filled and keep it alive. I'm inlove with that map and I have been since I first played it.

if kalt gets shut down i will seriously have to kick some ace....it has a very dedicated group of ppl who play it and when its full which happens alot its a good time....i dont know what i would do without my kalt fix....maybe hardcore drugs? keep me off the smack i dont need to repeat past mistakes.

It would be a big disappointment if they shut Kalt down, it's my favorite map.
