EB Games for my PS3 and Wii stuff

But for PC, its steam all the way.

In my area, there is no store that carries sufficient PC games to even warrant visiting if I'm looking for a game. I have also since given up on playing consoles. As such I can get the most games, for the cheapest price, on Steam. Unfortunately, I love to get hard copies and Steam doesn't do that. I'll live.

Steam is the only good place to buy games for me.

well i change mine retail but i dont buy my games my friends bye them for me lol exept for lfd

I get retail versions because, I do not have to download the game.

Good poll.

Steam. It's easy and at 2.5MB/s it's usually faster than installing from a CD. Especially if you count going out to the store and getting stuck in traffic.

Um...

Why the hell is this an option?

"Well, I don't exactly "buy" games... shhhhhh"

I thought eGO didn't allow discussion of piracy.

Steam. Walmart has a horrible selection and gamestop around here just sells the most anticipated pc game for about 3 weeks then it's gone.

I prefer to buy retail so I can have a hard copy of the game, though having to take out and put in CD's can be a pain. Depends on the game too, if it uses Steam, might as well buy it over Steam. Or if there's pre-order perks, ie. pre-ordering Fallout: New Vegas at Gamestop=poker chips, deck of cards, novel, graphic novel, and dvd (for CE).
