Since most leadership is an enigma to us little people, maybe you could offer some suggestions on what you like. For instance (keep in mind it is almost 6AM, this is not my come-up-with-quality-examples time), if I made a signature making fun of Windows 3.1, would that be in your wheelhouse or would that go over like a lead balloon?

I spelled Adviser canadian-style. Canadian Advisers. You know, Aneruen the Canadian Adviser? Sounds better than Aneruen the Advisor. The latter looks boring. But the first one is like BOOM! IN YOUR FACE!
