I have a relevant Terminal Lance for this, but it is not age-appropriate so I am not going to post it here. Summary: The military shouldn't care if we use our pockets as pockets.

I have TONS of those same mag pouches for my DF-LCS because everybody hates ABU and only makes ACU accessories. They are about 500 times easier to find than the actual ABU DF-LCS mag puches.

See, when you are all high-speed MI guy like me, you can wear civis, grow a beard and put your hands in you pocket. Not to mention my personal weapon: M9, no M4
