No it didn't, though my phone did tell me it was this Sunday and in my derp state, I did not do the math and question it. The draft is not this Sunday, I apologize for the confusion. The draft is still on August 21st @ 3pm.

You are allowed to re-roll once, but whatever the number is either good or bad, you are stuck with. So you could end up with a great number, or a worse one, it's your choice.

Where did you hear that? The trade deadline has moved back so you have more time to trade, but as for not being able to trade, that sounds like a lie that Compton would have told you.
 
I'm so used to Compton's lies I now just make them up before he does to save the effort.
