I've seen some members share there story on how they found this amazing community eGO! But there are still many untold story's. So here is this thread!

How did you find EdgeGamers, And whats so amazing about this community!

well, through pg. I was in pG since 2016, then we merged over to eGO. But, i found the surf server when me and my friend were looking for good pinged community servers. Because we both really wanted to learn how to surf lol! it was the first thing i did when i got csgo.

Starting playing TTT one day last year and @Kagato and I seemed to be the only people who played in the morning who cared about upholding the rules... I ended up sticking around to help him keep people under control and then we got eG at the same time

Was searching for a community to join and came across pG's Jailbreak server. Played there from 2016 to 2018 and then the merge with eGO was announced. So 2 years later and here I am.

Favorite thing about the community is definitely the people I've met throughout it.

eGO hosted Insurgency servers (the mod... not the standalone that is out right now) from the beginning, and had this awesome dust2 map ported over to play.

The game was glitchy, messy, and insanely fun. eGO had the best servers that were busy all the time and tons of fun. I played a bunch then someone invited me to join the group.

Funny part - guy who recruited me turned out to be impersonating admins the entire time. But I guess he was useful.

I was looking for a Jailbreak server and I saw eGO with the most players so I said "nice a server that isn't dead" than I joined and here we are today, I love this community so much that. The thing that I love the most is the staff, they are so friendly and that's what made me stay and join the staff.

I got bored of MM so i decided to join a JB server cause i remember playing on them a few years ago. I started off with TaNgO...lets just say i didnt like the time i spent there. But after playing on that server i decided to join the eGO JB server, and really enjoyed the people there. Everyone new or old just seems like family. Then after a few weeks of playing without an E tag (i cant remember who recruited me) i decided to join.

Ok but actually I was in pG, but I took a break a lil after the merge. I knew about the community, but I didn’t get into it for a while. I really enjoy the people and that I’ve made friendships that could last my whole life.
