Texans Unite!

I would vote for the Fudds of 121 at Grapevine Mills Mall... it is much more centralized than Greenville...

I go to Summer Camp in Greenville. Greene Family Camp, ever heard of it?

Anyways I live in the suburbs of Austin, and it's a pretty nice place to be!

Hey guys. Born in the DFW area and have been here all my life. Live in Grand Prairie. Er what cn I say? I love Texas.

Likes:
Chicken Fried Steak! Come on, I can't believe no one has mentioned it yet!
Shiner Bach
Decent people (most are at least)

Don't like:
the long summers...I'm a heat wuss

But yeah I'm down for a meet'n'greet. And how can I say no to Fuddruckers?

Sweet another guy in GP, you been to the races? Not horses, Dirt track! lol. And I dont mind any of the two places, just as long as I don't have to drive for 2 hours. My computer cost 1/4 what my Van did, I don't feel like trying to find money to fill his large-butt up, lol!

all u taxans that our tired of the heat move to england cold and warm at the same time!!
oHH and always wet...

Texas rules

Im from spring texas. I hate the hurricanes but the heat here is gone now that winters here. :)

ya im cool w/ fuddruckers @ grapevine mills mall... what do u other guys think bout that?? @ least itll be closer 4 me.

hmmm.. well lets see.

I was born in Dallas at Methodist Hospital November 17, 1970 at 7:49 pm on a Tuesday evening. What I love about Texas. Just being a Texan. We say what we feel and think.
Never want to piss a true Texan off. Ever had a pissed off Marine coming after you. Then if the Marine is a Texan. It's pretty bad either way.
The weather I love... if you dont like the heat... wait a few hours. It will change.
only place you can wear ear muffs and gloves and then a bikini within 24 hours.

Texas has some of the best foods in the world.
Hell I cook some of the greatest food in the world. I can grill a steak like no mans business.
Added to the list of fajitas and brew up some bad ass margarita's to chase it down with.
Along with some awesome salsa that my grandma taught to me.
Then get some chicken fried chicken while watching that purdy gal passing by while slurping up the leftover suds from my Shiner Bock, which is made in Shiner, Texas.

I live in Garland, like Crandall City cops... they can be jerks... but when you need a cop here in Garland... they will show up and they come in droves. Garland is one of the safest cities to live in the state and in the country. The general population has increase exponentially. I graduated from Duncanville High School.

I can deal with Tornado's and Hurricanes. Hell I can even deal with the heat...
I just don't like the friggin cold weather.

I love living in god's country.

Here is a poem for Texas... it was not written by me.

Another Texas sunset ends
A pensive, poignant day.
A day of contrary thoughts,
Of decisions debated and made.
Stay or go? Camp or not?
Go here? Go there? Go where?
I do hate making decisions.
Fear of failure. Fear of accountability.
Fear of responsibility. Fear of success.
And more, yet unnamed fears.
But they will be named
When I am ready to face them.
The names, the keys, are inside me.
Meanwhile, the crimsoned oranges
Of a setting May sun
Fade to magentas and dusky blues.
This day has been good and I have lived it well.

I love this state... and whats awesome about it.. an 8 hour drive will send me to South Padre Island, and it's all a tropical haven.

And What I Love About Texas: Our Pride. it (like damn near everything here) Is Big. Texans Love America. Texans Love that they are Texans. Texans Love.

What I Hate About It: NOTHING! well ok. I hate that Its 40 degrees some mornings, and then 103? that same afternoon, or we had a morning the other day that was 48?, and last December 12 we had an afternoon that was 93?

oh yeah and i'm from "near" Corpus (Corpus Christi to the layperson)

48 Isn't cold at all... Here in december, we are lucky if it even get sup to 48 degrees

Also a LAN is another excellent way to meet and greet! We could all have pizza while fraggin' away!

I suggest just a meet and greet this time and THEN a LAN party the next time. We gotta see if this will even work properly, lol. And Soup Nazi, can I come with you to South padre? lol.

I nominate Soup Nazi's post as the greatest post ever.

And, yeah, Fuddrucker's at Grapevine Mills works for me.
