I just pre-ordered fear 2 since I'm a huge fanatic about the Fear franchise except for Perseus mandate *time studio needs to perish*. Anways the game is coming out in 2 days :D and I have a question >.<!

You think Fear 2 can become a successful division in eGO? It does have a lot violent languages in the game :o, but I think it can be very successful, I know the online community will be huge :o . If not, then explain why it wouldn't work >.<!

BTW ADD ME :D WE SHOULD PLAY TOGETHER >.<!~~~~ *SPAAAZ*

i hate those kind of games :/ i get to nervous when im playing
 
Call of Duty has some bad language in the Campaign too, but that never stopped it, but personally I don't see Fear 2 becoming part of the eGO franchise
 
It wouldn't work because F.E.A.R. 2 doesn't strike me as a very good multiplayer game. EdgeGamers is all about the multiplayer games. While F.E.A.R. 2 is looking to be a really flippin awesome game, I expect it's multiplayer portion to be similar to Crysis or Far Cry 2.

But that's just my opinion. Cool game, can't wait till it comes out.

Fact: Fear 1 was a revolutionary game in SP and MP during its time...period. Thus, leading it to become the 2005's GOTY. BUUUUT that's Fear 1 not Fear 2 >.<

Even though, Fear 2 is being launched without the legendary "lean" **<3 lean T.T I will miss you and all those peek-around-corners moment I had with you <3**, I'm pretty sure the multilplayer community will be huge like the Fear Combat's community was.

You may be right. If F.E.A.R. 2 turns out to be something phenomenal, you can bet that Council will do something about it. But you gotta ask yourself, why don't we have F.E.A.R. 1 servers?
 
I played the demo f.e.a.r.2 a while back it was awesome . Just released today in Canada!!!

a while back someone was asking for eGO to support another game (cant remember which) and that is what they said, and the thread was locked.
 
I'm pretty far in to the single player and the only thing that made me jump in terror was at the start when your in a A.P.C. and little Alma jumps at you, I don't want to explain further so I wont spoil it for you. Other than that, the rest just keeps your heart pumping a lot. I haven't tried enough multiplayer to place an opinion but I really suck that's for sure. There are hardly any servers on both ranked and unranked matches, so I guess I'll have to wait till the game unlocks on steam so I can get on more. Overall the game is great so far, and I definitely recommend it if your a fan of horror and FPS games. If your easily scared then toughen up and play it, because it's fun all around. ;)
 
I've decided to finish the first F.E.A.R. before I buy 2. The first one is pretty good, but it doesn't seem to have the same creepy factor as the second.
 
I played the first..Just about worked on my laptop...I was going to buy 2 but my laptop..or Pc can handle it :(
