This is a call for more admins on Italy.

Recently we have added the Italy server and the zombie server.

The Italy server became the outer frontier and the zombie server was welcomed into the fold.

But because the Italy server did not get as many people as wanted, we have had many complaints about the outlawness of the server.

So this is a call for more admins admining the Italy server. It would be great if we could get an O to do some rotations on this server as well. I will now be focusing my efforts on Italy and I invite E's, G's, and O's to frequent the Italy server often so that we may civilize it.

As the Admins, we have a job to watch the servers and not just the servers we are fond of but all the servers we can cover in our division and beyond. I have heard complaints the Jail is hard to admin on and other such complaints but its not our job to complain but the Pubs and the E's. Our job is to fix those complaints into cries of joy. So lets all just suck it up and get to it.

In all honesty, Italy isn't really a balanced map. I understand why a good amount of people don't show up. I've played there a few times... frankly it just starts to annoy me and I leave.

You guys do know how to contact other admins when someone is breaking the rules. Plus, you could also gather the evidence yourself if you're just an =e= and report the person personally.

Good luck with getting that server full though, the only Italy server I've seen that is full gives the CT's 120hp and the T's can't use snipers... That events out the map. So maybe somebody should take that suggestion and test it on our servers, see what people think of it.

Yea I was hoping to target mostly Gs and Os with this thread but the Es can come and play on the server once in a while.

And anyways, Italy doesn't HAVE to be unbalanced. It depends on the Team. So its a good challenge.

I've seen rotations where the score was 3-33 for the Ts and 28-1 for the CTs.

Well yea... I've seen some pretty insane things myself man
But I'm just saying ... That was a server I used to play on, it would switch different maps each time, but nobody would leave when Italy came (I would have normally) and the server was full.

I'll jump in every once in a while, see whats up. I haven't perfected the map by far...

I was originally a VIP map which is why it requires a little different set of skills. But like any other map a directed CT rush can be very effective as can T camping.

I will wander in here and there.

It's probably my favorite CS:S server, although I've been bouncing around between games lately which is why I'm not on as much.

I went idled in the server this morning. Got like 6 more players in when I came back.

I'll do it every morning.

I play Italy pretty often. I see a good amount of G's and O's on during the day. Mainly G's. However, I'm one of the guys that sits up at 2-6am playing in the server. In the middle of the night, you're about as likely to see a G or an O as you are to see a Jabberwocky running through apartments.

It'd be nice to get some more admins on during those times of the day, because that's when it gets a little difficult to maintain the rules of our community. Being just an E myself, I can only remind them of their infractions, but when there are no admin that are online, you can't call them in to back you up.

Office and Jail, and a few other from DODS.

Basically I am fine with night EST time.

If you play Italy it is not hard at all to get admins in the game if needed. And if your an e and agree with this show leadership in Italy and get promoted.
