I have tried all of those commands, I think it was because I wasn't a member of EGO. Although there was no explanation of that anywhere that I recall.

Got it, just sent my application in. Why isnt this explained better upon signing up to be a DS?

One of the only reasons I became a DS is to be able to voteban/votekick people that are blatantly hacking. I play during the day when the admins are no where in sight and sometimes we get people that hack for 20-30 minutes before someone gets on to take care of the situation. I was just playing...
