ANY popup. Alot of progs use popups. Especially when they need updating. Which is the particular AVG popup, always telling me to update virus defs. Thanks for the suggestions.

thanks for the quick response, but the AV isn't really the problem here. I'm fine with AVG, but I wanted to know if there was a startup command or maybe 3rd party app that can keep TF2 from losing focus due to popups of any kind.

The title says it all, and it doesn't ONLY pertain to AVG, that's just the most contant one. I could get any type of popup and it will minimize my TF2 game. My computer is older than most, and this takes about 2-3 minutes to fix itself, and 9/10 times my game will disconnect as a result. I did...
