* retribution of the race car (STEAM_0:1:526611625) has disconnected. This could be a cheater .I joined harvest and saw someone in chat say he's a cheater and please report. I don't quite know if this is a friend trolling.- m4rc

Delivered TF2: Remove the roll the dice plugin on the harvest server.
I hate rtd its borderline so dumb you can get 20kills by running at a entire team and screaming MEDIC!.Its also annoying when someone has an rtd bind and rolls crits or powerful hits or etc during a 1v1 its unfair. Please remove it :)
