What do i check i for? I dont even know what Im looking for

I know that the de_dust2 server has been using this mod that shows the damage inflicted at the bottom of the screen (i think it's been removed), i've been trying to look for it, but couldnt find it. Someone please tell me the name of this mod, and possibly where can i download it from?
