I have vsync off and i have tried it at max settings and i get around 28-32 in some parts of the map (and all other maps) and if not ill be getting 130 fps on other parts. But, even when i run 600X800 res and EVERYTHING on lowest setting possible i STILL get 32 fps in the same spots as before...
