Idk if I would call myself lucky when I still make a decent win/lose ration with my avg 9-12 fps. Its weird that I have 40-50 fps when not in combat, but as soon as I get to combat range, it drops to 9-12 fps, worst thing ever.. Combined with the recent infamous "Connection Problem" issues, ><

I dont really mind having or not having the bank. Pros would most likely get the advantage without the bank though. How about adding money syphon effects when getting killed by certain SMGs or other "useless" guns, or Knife? (ie. -$12000 when getting killed by a knife)
