    Nvidia's 4xx Series

Sup guys, recently started posting in the tech talk section of this community again after a long hiatus :) Anyways, straight to the point. I've read tons and tons of reviews of Nvidia's DX11 supported line up of 4xx series cards. I've been looking around the talk tech section and I trust you...

    Runo + $1500 + Home-Built Desktop = ???

Case: A mid sized tower is fine. PSU: 750W is a bit overkill unless you plan on overclocking or you're running SLI or Crossfire. most computers will draw <550W. Motherboard: It looks good, Asus has a great reputation when it comes to mobos, I myself own a Asus P6T for my i7 PC. CPU: Why not...

    Anyone own a Alienware M11x??

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834220696 It's only a couple hundred more than an Alienware is selling for and is getting excellent reviews. Drawbacks though is its battery life and I'm not informed on how well an average Alienware's battery life is.

    Graphic Card Help!!

I like the 5770 over the 5750 because it has a much higher clock rate compared to the 5750 and isn't 200-300 dollars more like the 5850 or 5870 models. It's worth paying about <$75 more in my opinion and is preferred by many budget builders.

    New mouse?

G9x is probably the best in my opinion other than the Razer Lachesis which I own. The 5000dpi on the G9x would be pretty useful on fast paced games like TF2 and Quake but when it comes to slow ones where you would snipe like in Battlefield 2 or Bad Company 2 you don't want a 5000dpi laser making...

    Anyone own a Alienware M11x??

Do not buy an Alienware under any circumstances. Magazine advertising companies like Cyberpower and iBuypower are no better off too which ship their parts 100 fold later than expect and hand you over a half broken PC with rattled HDDs, corrupt Operating Systems, and and a horrible wiring job...

ATI Radeon commercial: Even a monkey can do it

The thing about the advertisement is that it's completely true. It's not that difficult to install a video card.

    antivirus recommendations!

What Killzone said. Kaspersky is an amazing antivirus program. But if you don't want to spend money Avira AntiVir and a Malwarebytes would be a good combination. AVG Free is great too.

ATI Radeon HD 5750 Leaked And Benchmarked

The GTS 250 isn't even that great of card, like nearly all OEM cards so I don't think it's worth competing with it. I do like the idea that they're targeting piss poor gamers but I really wouldn't mind coughing up another $200 for a 5870. They're usually worth it in the long run.
