I dumbell pressed 100 lb dumbells earlier this year. Since a lot of times I don't have a spotter I prefer dumbells over bench press. If you are having trouble you can just drop them. With bench you don't have that option.

Think of it like a match that doesn't count towards any records..

I have not participated in any DOD matches but I have been in several TFC clan matches. OGL at the time. Just was curious, thanks for the reply.
