No, not really, it takes 4 point blank shells to kill a heavy. If you flanked a heavy as a scout while circling you could easily kill him within 5 seconds. The force of nature is way overpowered and should get a big fat nerf. The scout was NEVER meant to be a head-on, kill-you-in-a-few-seconds...
