The only crits I'm in favor of getting rid of are the intel capture and point capture crits. Those really seem to throw people who are new to our servers.
I would read the paper bag as saying "Not Chick". The ! is a common symbol for the boolean negation operator and is correctly used in front of the operand, in this case Chick.
