A small suggestion, if not already purchased. Look into a cooling pad for your size laptop... I find a $20 investment cools my laptop an additional 10C, all it does it ensure proper and cooler airflow to the intake fan. Yet it does the trick for me and keeps my laptop within acceptable temps.

How on earth would the folding client cause a D3D Int failure? Was the client running while trying to boot up a game?

It is highly recommended to go through HDMI only, I have ready many incompatabilities and issues with DVI setups... I personally want to get a HDTV hooked up to my laptop and make it a mobile media center with a HDTV slingbox deal too... Gaming would be awesome on it as well. Again, like...

What gets me through the days at work is fark.com ... Don't ask why. That and here of course. Doesn't help my work's network won't allow a connection to here... So gotta bust out the lappy and start tethering. LOL
