If I remember correctly, the best thing to do is dodge the green circles on the ground. Other than that, DPS him down as fast as you can. I died the first time around on my barb until I learned to avoid the circles.

I was really up in the air about this game, but it looks so innovative that I think I'm going to go ahead and get it.

I have made this argument before, but look: this is a game concerned with fun first. Realism isn't even second. It's something like 7th. So it doesn't make a lot of sense to criticize BC2 for not being realistic... it's like criticizing a car for being a car and not a truck. This is a game...

Right, but the M1 and M1A1 were not the only models to see service in theater. Dutch is correct: there were Drum mags on WWII battlefields. The M1928 had been adopted into service previously and it's not uncommon to see pictures and video of it fitted with a drum, especially in the pacific...

One thing I realized in that scrim is the benefit of large ammo capacity. Normally in pub I'd use my trusty MG36, but in a scrim you're more likely to get a sustained rush of players on one point so it's handy to be able to just throw 200 rounds down a hallway and shoot at anything that moves...
