Mine actually isn't PB, it's something like a hiccup with Battlelog due to the recent server patch, they're reverting or re-doing what they did prior to fix the issue in the patch before this last one. It solved the problem before, here's hoping it'll solve the problem again and not cause more...

I don't have any issues when I run it on ultra, but then again, I normally run it on low-medium anyways... IF I had to make a guess, I'd say it's something not getting along with BF3/Battlelog/Origin in your background, as for what I have no idea where to start.
