I've been a player of LOTRO since 2oo7 on and off. I have to say its the best mmo I've ever played. Though due to its slow pace it can get boring if you are soloing. But its amazing, in every way.

Uhhhg only if. It would probably have a weak impact damage, but decent DoT and the ability to catch others aflame.

I have to say, that dragons breath is probably the best thing the internet has ever brought my eyes.
