eGO dust2 server is down. :(

Hm, okay is there any way of removing the tag from my name or no?

I just donated to the site and now for some reason when I join the eGO server, I have the clan tag in front of my name? Is it part of being a donator that you have to wear it while playing in eGO servers?

I would like to know how to rank up in eGO, I am currently only an "e" and would like to be a "eG". Thank you. :)
