    www.tomshardware.com has very good reviews and comparison charts. Their forums are also very helpful. I would check that card in comparison to others to see where it sits. (Use TomsHardware's VGA charts in the Graphics section.) Then take the cards near it, in performance, and price check...

    [poll] ATI vs. Nvidia

    Nvidia's top end outperforms ATI, by far, right now. The same goes for Intel outperforming AMD. That will change in the near future. It will always be a race.
