I used to have that problem before last patch. Deleting the cache files helped I think. one is: Close steam navigate to c:\program files\steam delete clientregistry.blob Other one I forgot.

Sorry if this has already been posted, but I keep getting this bug. My system hangs for a bit (connection problem), and then I see everyone as a scout regardless of their class. The only way to fix this is to disconnect. Thankfully, valve has listed this on their bug list as: Model bugs...
