Zack, go with the option to start up using the last known good configuration. Recently I had some borked virtual drives keeping me from booting up. Last known good configuration reverted me back to the point before the image drives borked up.

What I listed has a case, monitor, and a really good video card. (Beats the other two). I'm assuming that you know how to OC because otherwise the e2180 won't really be all that great. But my brother got his to 3ghz and that's awesome. My e6600 got to 3.6ghz.
