Nyterayven here. Stumbled across a free screen cap program. It doesn't cause any screen lag like FRAPS does. Free version will only let you record up to 10 minutes at a time, though... still... it works pretty well and will even record in h.264. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCoxUwLeFwY
