i've seen this many a time (go figure - i never play convoy! !lol ) as spy a few magnum/revolver shots to the head takes care of it! ;)

As a veteran spy (100+ hours), I think you touched on a lot of things that the other great spy tutorial ("TF2 - How to play the spy" by EvilDaedalus - one that i consulted in my early spy days) missed. I love the skins - i might have to pick them up myself! Overall great video.

Tonight i just came off my worst TF2 outing ever. I played for a little under an hour on convoy (my best map by far), i was spy virtually the whole time; i was doing so bad it completely sapped (no pun intended) all the fun out of the game, one i was looking forward to during 9 miserable hours...

I've actually done that before. well, not the dodging the rockets and knifing the sentry but i have stood behind a dispenser so the sentry kills the engee :) haha spies are so evil

Besides the several last second goals and hatricks i've had on convoy (surprise!), some of my favs include: badlands: literally 1 second left on the map (by the end of this) i sap two sentries backstab a sniper guarding the last point and get the winning capture :p convoy(surprise again!)...

Thanks for the nod, jehuty - you're not bad yourself (perhaps better - *gasp!*). Most people probably won't recognize my spyitude, since i usually stick to convoy, but if you frequent there, you just might know the wrath of Bill. I must agree with your demos - Sandman and Nutz are pretty darn...

As some of you may have noticed, the convoy server was switched to convoy v2 around sometime yesterday (that is when i first noticed it). I'm just tryin to get a feel to see if you guys like convoy 1 or 2 better. personally, i prefer version 1; i feel the tweaks in version 2 really take away...

Long live Convoy! This is by far my favorite TF2 map and the sole reason i joined eGO. It's got a cult following and anybody in that following would easily disagree with rob here: "no long space to fight on and no big open areas, just feels to thin. Theres no tf2 tactics in it like sentry...

Today's poll (4/14) asked a terribly ominous question - "would you be sad if lost convoy?" I would be devastated to see this map go; it is my favorite map ever and takes up 90 percent of my TF2 time. Convoy is the whole reason i discovered and joined eGO, and I've heard others say the same...

if getting badlands means getting ride of convoy, count me out and forget i ever started this thread! haha thats easily my favorite level

Am I the only one who thinks a badlands server would be awesome? I personally think it's one of the better maps; a good alternative to the "smaller" ones like 2-fort and dustbowl. Tell me what you guys think; maybe if there's enough voice something could get done about it. But for now....your...
