This. There's another script out there that instead of constantly balancing during the match, if the match is highly unfair, it offers !surrender to the losing team and will then mix up the entire lobby or something similar.

I just wanted to point out that your server balancing script is ridiculously unfair. It's purpose is to even out the teams, but when it evens out the teams with one team have 100 or so tickets while the other has 300+, then those that get switched get an unfair loss. When I was #2 or 3 on my...
