Just a suggestion, but I think reconnecting to respawn shouldn't be allowed on the Italy server at the very least. The tactic to where you rush the enemy team within the first 30 seconds, try to kill as many possible and then if you die within that time frame, if you reconnect fast enough you...

AFKs are a constant problem on the, eGo CS:S 24/7 Italy server. I understand stepping away for maybe 2-3 rounds but when you have people gone any longer than that, its kind of ridiculous. Especially when you have 2-3 AFKs in game, sometimes on one team, and that causes that team usually to lose...
