Maybe something discouraging killing in cellblock, for example not playing someone when they hit they're mouse when told to afk freeze, I for one get really frustrated when I get killed in cell block and have to watch the remainder of the round because some trigger happy ct sees me move a pixel...

Like the title says jail has changed. When I started playing 3 years ago on our servers when I was still ryse, you had to be fast and always paying attention to get a ct spot. Everyone wanted to be ct. It also used to feel like a different game mode. The t's would rebel together instead of one...
