No, the issue is still. The recent issue is not able to boot from the USB being used to reset the password

Made a disk with this tool, but not bootable

It is my dad's PC powered by Windows 7 and has been with him for years. I bought him a new Dell laptop a few months ago and unfortunately he forgot the admin password of old Win 7. Now he asked me to unlock the device but I don't have any clue except reinstall. Could some one shed lights on this?
