Making a proper minute takes upwards of an hour, they're layered, keyed, and need to be consistent and one mistake means you restart. Actual mappers just want to make the map and be done.

processing isnt that important you dont need a 8700k, modern games are graphics card heavy. just go for an i5 and stick with a 1060, use the rest on a reliable cpu/motherboard setup and add 8gb ddr4. get a few fans and liquid cooling on top of it all.
