Their support asked me to complete several tasks like updating router firmware and disabling WAN-side administration. Overall very quick to respond and friendly. They removed my IP from their blacklist and I can connect just fine. Thank you @blank_dvth for your help as well. :)

Thank you so much for your explanation! I actually suspected so after finding a post on NFO's forums from 2020 describing a similar issue where one of their employees suggested the same advice as you. Unfortunate this has happened but glad to see it's not just me and has been resolved before...

Doesn't load on any of my devices except with cellular data. Tried clearing DNS cache. Seems like my ISP has blocked this domain for whatever reason. This problem started unexpectedly a few days ago. I'll just use a VPN I guess.
