Cops can survive 3 - 5 shotgun shots at point blank and not even flinch, they also get MK2 weapons which aren't available on the black market which makes no sense, cops should have a realistic amount of armour so a 1 - 2 shots from a pistol can make it pointless and other weapons above that...
