I’ve done this once before..back when Legend demoted me through a PM because, honestly, I was being an inconsiderate dick.
Of everything I’ve ever done for EdgeGamers in 20 years, Media has to take the number-one spot, followed closely by Tech.
I worked my way back up twice. No favors, no shortcuts..just a pure workhorse mentality.
Unfortunately, times change, and I recognize that I am no opponent to time.
I’m older now. I don’t really game anymore, and the games I do play aren’t played by many people here. The community aspect has slowly faded for me. AI has changed everything, and people increasingly expect more for less.
But don’t read this post without recognizing all the beautiful things that Media and EdgeGamers still have to offer. This community gave me memories, opportunities, friendships, and a place to execute my creativity.
For me, though, my time here has come to an end.
Take care, future artists. I hope you believe in your talents..and, more importantly, execute them.
