ClearRP Closes July 28, 2026
After many unforgettable years of roleplaying in EdgeGamers, we are announcing the closure of ClearRP and EdgeGamers' ventures in FiveM Roleplay. The servers' closure date will be Tuesday, July 28, 2026. Official announcement and closing thoughts are included below courtesy of xJDx.
A message from @xJDx
ClearRP has been a staple of EdgeGamers for many years. From the very beginning, when @GardenGroveVW built a server from the ground up, through the years of EdgeGamers RP, the rebrand to ClearRP, and everything that brought us to where we are today, it has come a long way. Unfortunately, it seems we have simply run out of steam. Therefore, it brings me a great deal of sadness to announce that ClearRP will be shutting down.
Myself, @Oblixion , and @Leon , with the support of GardenGroveVW, have come to this difficult decision after a great deal of thought. ClearRP has been a huge part of our lives, and we have given everything we could to help it grow and thrive. This is not a decision we have taken lightly, but we feel that now is the right time to close this chapter. As they say, if you love something, you have to know when to let it go.
We would like to thank everyone, past, present, and anything in between. I know that I have made many unforgettable memories here, and I hope all of you have as well. None of this would have ever been possible without you. Despite it coming to an end, we hope each of you has something positive that you can remember from ClearRP or one of its predecessors.
We would also like to extend our thanks to all of our previous leaders and admins. Whether you contributed recently or were part of our history many years ago, thank you for the time, effort, and dedication you gave to this community.
The server will officially shut down on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. A few of us will be around, and it would be great to reminisce with everyone one final time before the doors close.
Once again, thank you for everything. We will see you around.
