I have always had sprint since 5th grade, and i have always though they have had the best plans in the market, and now they are even better. Sprint got new plans the other day and I though I would share:

All sprint plans over $69.99 have unlimited calls to any mobile number, yes I mean any, Verizon, At&t, T-mobile, etc.(Sprint's version of my favs but, better))

Individual plans:
The $69.99 plan comes with unlimited everything (internet, sprint tv, texts, etc.), Free mobile to mobile(calls to any cell phone), and 450 anytime minutes for calls to land lines, Free landline calls between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. and weekends.

The next one being the 900 anytime minutes plan that has everything the above has, at $89.99.

Then the Simply everything plan which is just that unlimited everything at $99.99.
(I have this one)
Family plans have the same things as above except come with two lines.

$129.99 1500 anytime minutes to landlines

169.99 3000 anytime minutes to landlines

then the family plan everything plan that $189.99.

When Sprint gets the Iphone in January of 2010, I will get that (I have HTC touch pro 2 now), and At&t will loose a good percentage of there iphone customers.

I have sprint also and I like it, it doesn't get the good have the best service but the prices are good. I have unlimited everything but talk because i text a lot more than i call people.

Well now you can talk to any cell phone for free!!! unlimited!!!

While there has been rumors and talk about apple breaking it's exclusivity with the iPhone also the FTC looking into it as well. The most logical choice for apple is to go with verizon. Many studies have shown they have better coverage and call quality over sprint. I had sprint as well until now that I'm with AT&T and my iPhone. I can honestly day where I live the calls and data is better with AT&T than sprint.

The thing about verizon is they use a different radio band than AT&T so you would have to get the type of iPhone rather than use the current on you may already have.

Also tmobiles parent company is interested in buying sprint. But many analyst say they shouldn't because this would bring merger problems with the network. Similar problems sprint had with nextel and AT&T with Cingular.

Sprint has two new phones that has me interested in going back if they prove succesful. The HTC Hero and HTC Leo which is now being considered HTC HD 2. The first HTC HD was only released in Europe.

I will admit this new plan is a great bang for you buck as far as how much ur paying for what you get. But the current phones, coverage area for not only calls but data over weights my view of going back to sprint anytime soon.

Also I get a discount with AT&T from my job :)

At&t's contract with apple ends in 2010, in which the iphone would be available to any Phone network that is willing to sign a contract with apple, it would not be an exclusive contract any company that is willing to accept apple's terms would be able to have the Iphone on there network. Yes Verizon has the best network, but this does not matter since Apple would be offering the iphone to any company that meets the requirements that apple has set forth. I have notice over the last year that sprints service coverage has been getting better, I used to never get service within a 4 block radius of my high school (3 years ago) now I get 2-3 bars any where in the school with the exception of some of the down stairs areas.. Also sprint has the first and only 4g network that is expect to reach all major coverage areas by early 2010. At&t's network on the other hand in my opinion sucks.....I had an at&t 3g card for my laptop and the service was terrible, besides getting cut off every so often the darn thing only had like 2 bars any where I went, some times it did not even have service. Not to mention there prices, At&t's version of Sprint's "simply everything plan" ($99.99) would be about $160 without taxes, and at this point in time you still can't use MMS.

In my opinion sprint Has best Deals, Verizon has the best service, T-mobile is an average cell carrier and has decent plans and phones, and all at&t has is the iphone...once 2010 hits and they loose the iphone, they will either A. loose customers(which will most likely happen either way) or B. Be forced to lower there outrageously priced plans, and meet the features that all the other networks provide (such as mms for iphone).

While unlimited is great and all.... you have to actually USE that many before it is worth $100.... I hardly use 75 or so minutes outside of network (all network calls are free) a month... and I pay ~$70 (total with all the fees/taxes) for my plan and the iPhone data plan and unloimited texts.... so the $100 for sprint's unlimited is not always aa good thing.

AT&T is starting their install of the new network... by the end of 2010, I will have up to 7.4mbs instead of 3.7.... :) that is a very good thing!

As noted above sprint has an unlimited plan for 69.99 with 450 minutes, and free calls to ANY cell phone on ANY network....

When I was looking at att the cheapest iphone plan with unlimited texts was 89.99($ 39.99 for 450 minutes and $50 for unlimited data and texts) and i believe it still is, so how are you getting yours for $70 with taxes??

Also another thing that will be good when the iphone comes to sprint is that it will be covered under sprints protection plan ($7 a month) which means it can be fixed if broken.

I am pretty sure that protection plan will not be for the phone because of the protection plan Apple has. If they do it might not be the same price. That's just my opinion.

The protection plan with sprint is a great price to pay but man I have lost count how many times they gave me the run around to get the damn phone fixed when they were my service provider.

Really? Before I sold my HTC touch pro I broke it like 4 times, in fact I got it replaced last month, all I did was bring it to the store, took it home and in like 2 days they called me told they had a new one and gave it to me, they took my old one and yeah. Best $7 a month I have ever spent. Now I have my pro 2 if/when the iphone comes to sprint I will probably have replaced this one at least once, and about the protection plan for the iphone on sprint your probably right since apple has the apple care warranty for it. Which in my opinion even though Im a mac user, I do think the apple care is the biggest waste of money ever. so yeah
