Question about sigs

Ok so first of i am new, so please dont hate me if i put this in the wrong place or something, my bad.
Ok so my question is on signatures... I made my own, not very good, but i made and i am proud of what i made. So i go to upload my sig which is 699X499, but the upload says in only accepts a certain size. What i have noticed is that other peoples sigs are much bigger. So basically my question is is how do i get my sig to show up as that whole 699x499?

The maximum size for an SIG is 500x100 or smaller then 97.7KB.

What you need to do is:

1. Upload your image to Image Shack.
   
   
2. Once uploaded, click on your image (which is shown as a small thumbnail with dimensions beneath it). It will now load a new page which shows your image in a larger size.
   
   
3. On the right side of this page look for where it says "Embed this image". Now highlight the HTML code in the box titled "Forum".
   
   
4. Copy and paste this code into the Edit Signature section of your User Control Panel here on the forums.
   
   
5. After you have pasted it, delete everything in the HTML code until all you have pasted is the following:
   

*Note: The words placed in between the

tags will be the URL where your image is located on Image Shack.
