Hey guys i was just wondering how do u become and eG i'v been in the clan for like 5 or 6 months and im still e

O yea and this is my new acc
the main idea is that you will become eG once you have proved to your house leaders that you can handle the position. Some get the G faster than others so do not be discouraged if youve been here longer than some of the new promotion people...There is no promos if you are not in a house though...

join a house and get to know the members. we a re a community based on teamwork and trust. once you have established these foundations then earning admin will be up to your house leader. you say you have been here six months but i have honestly never even heard of you and im on here ALL the time.

There used to be a great post which I thought was made into a sticky but I guess not. It was called How not to get promoted. Maybe it should be stickied.
Basically - to everyone out there wondering how to get promoted, or when you will be promoted, or why you arent promoted, etc. the answer is basically very easy.
Stop thinking about it. Getting promoted isnt a game where you can learn the tricks of the trade or follow a list of things to do to 'level up'. Not everyone will get promoted, and nobody should ever expect to be promoted. Moving on to the next level of eGO, I dont believe, was ever intended to represent a goal to work forward to as much as a way to reward those who are desearving. Much like the ribbons put into place a couple of months ago.
Just because you have not recieved a leadership ribbon doesn't mean that you have not been a great leader or hard worker. It just means that you have not been labled as such in a public mannor. The same is true with eG and eGO rank. There may be some e's who have been wonderfull clanmates to everyone, but who may not have recieved a promotion.
To put it another way, a promotion is a way of honoring someone for their efforts in a public way and allowing them to take on more responsability. But it doesnt mean that someone who is promotionless must be any less of a good leader, a strong example to be followed, or someone who gives back to the community any less. Nobody needs a higher rank to be a good person - so if all you are interested in is having more power and more respect from the general public then you may wish to rethink what your goal is, and most likely you are not the type of person eGO wishes to share its trust with.
If you want a promotion then be humble, and only worry about yourself - not about anyone else who gets promotions. Let eGO be concerned with other members, and you can be concearned with yourself. Be the best you can be, and forget about promotions.
Ways not to get promoted:

setting bad examples
acting immature
never showing up to the forums or never playing on the servers
not following the rules
getting 'overly helpfull' and getting into topics you are not related in

have fun
dont worry about promotions.

50cent you may want to read other people's responses before making one yourself.
stay active on the forums just like ingame.
it doesnt matter if you play forever on teh servers, if you still havnt heard of the houses system and have 9 posts after 6 months then it means you need to get in here more often. You wont get scrim/ practice times and TONS of other info without checking this website for no more than 10 minutes a day...

also, in order to get a promotion you much change sTeWiE's daipers for a period of 2 months with no complaints

Patience a watched promotion never comes.
And is a promotion really that important?
I mean this is a cool clan with cool people, and pretty rock stable servers with low lag. Cept Orange has been acting up again someone better look at that I live on that server.
